Our 2026 AGM is taking place on June 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (location to be determined), and all members in good standing are encouraged to attend!
Members include players, coaches, officials, board members, and parents/guardians of players under 18.
At the AGM, you will hear a recap of the season and we will be electing members to our 2026/27 Volunteer Board of Directors—and we’re looking for passionate, community-minded individuals ready to make a real impact. This is your opportunity to help shape the future of the Timmins Ringette Association!

While we’re grateful to have some returning board members stepping forward, all volunteer positions are open for nomination and will be voted on at the AGM.
We are especially looking for someone interested in taking on the Media Director position. If you enjoy social media, communication, and sharing the amazing moments from our season, this is a great way to get involved!
Whether you’re looking to give back, bring forward new ideas, or step into a leadership role, we encourage you to put your name forward.
