Policy #7 - Refund Policy - Effective 2022-09-09

PURPOSE

This policy sets out the parameters under which refunds will be granted and the relative amounts of those refunds.

PROCEDURE

A refund of fees will be granted under any of the following circumstances:

  2. The player has been injured and has a medical practitioner’s note indicating that the player cannot participate for the remainder of the season

  3. Is a first time player who no longer wishes to participate after the first four ice sessions

A written note signed by the player or the player’s guardian describing the reason for the refund request must be sent to the Association as soon as the player is no longer participating and the Association will advise the amount of the refund.

If the reason for the refund request is not listed above then the Association will make a decision on a case by case basis.
